Property Forum 2026 is now behind us! Two days of conversations, meetings, and discussions about what is truly shaping the real estate market in Poland today. On September 28 and 29, Warsaw once again became the meeting place for real estate market leaders—investors, developers, architects, representatives of the financial sector, experts, and individuals whose decisions shape the future of the industry.

A festive atmosphere, the concert-quality sound of the accordion, and 14 trophies for the winners. The Prime Property Prize 2026 gala took place at the Concept 13 restaurant in Warsaw, located in the Vitkac Shopping Center. We learned the winners of one of the real estate industry’s most prestigious awards. That evening, 14 Prime Property Prize awards were presented.
