In the Ministry of Development and Technology, he is responsible for construction, spatial development and housing. He graduated from computer engineering and electronics at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Management Academy at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is also a graduate of the Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he completed a post-graduate degree in Business Psychology. He also completed MBA studies.
For 17 years he was a member of local government at various levels of local government. Starost of Wołomin in the years 2010-2014. He ran his own business and managed commercial law companies. Member of the Sejm of the 8th and 9th term, chairman of the Parliamentary Team for Life and Family, vice-chairman of the Parliamentary Team for Enterprise Development and Support.
