The Property Forum 2022 will be held in Warsaw, at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel, ul. B. Prusa 2 (2 B. Prusa Street)
REGISTRATION OF GUESTS
Registration will be located in the foyer of the conference rooms of the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel. After entering the building from ul. B. Prusa, please head to the right.
Registration opening hours:
- 19 September 2022 registration is open from 8.00 to 16.30 and from 18.30 do 21.00
- 16.30–18.30 technical break
- 20 September 2022 registration is open from 8.30 to 16.00
During registration, each participant will receive an ID badge. When leaving the conference area and returning there, you will be asked to present your ID badge each time to have it scanned.
Taking into consideration the great interest in the Event, as well as possible traffic congestion, please arrive relatively early at the venue of your session.
CATERING
All participants of the Forum have the opportunity to enjoy a coffee break (beverages) on:
- 19 September 2022: 9.00–16.30
- 20 September 2022: 9.30–16.00
As part of the Premium package, you are invited to the Premium Zone (1st floor), where lunch will be served.

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION
The language of instruction will be Polish. Selected sessions will be interpreted simultaneously (PL/EN).

GALA

If you are interested in attending the evening event, please indicate your participation in the Gala during the registration process when selecting your session. Your participation will need to be approved by the Organiser first.
WELL ZONE
You are invited to the WELL zone – an area intended for relaxation and equipped with a coffee bar as well as a selection of exclusive products from our partners.
Opening hours of the zone:
- 19 September 2022: 8.30–16.30 and 20.00–23.00
- 16.30–20.00: technical break
- 20 September 2022: 9.00–16.00

CAR PARK
Entry to the car park is from ul. Marii Konopnickiej (Marii Konopnickiej Street). You will need to pay the parking fee on your own. The number of parking spaces is limited. Preferential price per day: PLN 90.00 net – payment in the hotel reception before departure (upon mentioning: Property Forum). After payment, you will have 15 minutes to leave the car park.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation costs are not covered by the Organiser. With the Property Forum Guests in mind, the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel has prepared preferential room prices.
The room prices for the participants are as follows:
Monday – Thursday
- Single room – daily charge: PLN 490.00 + 8% VAT
- Double room – daily charge: PLN 530.00 + 8% VAT
Friday – Sunday
- Single room – daily charge: PLN 420.00 + 8% VAT
- Double room – daily charge: PLN 460.00 + 8% VAT
