Paweł Żelich, attorney-at-law, the head of the Warsaw Office and the head of the Real Estate Investment Group practice in Noerr’s office in Poland.
He is an attorney with over 20 years of in-depth experience in advising national and international clients on their investments in Poland. He has played a leading role in many real estate transactions, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional projects.
His main focus is on real-estate-related contractual schemes and transactions across a wide cross-section of industries (i.a. manufacturing, logistics, office, retail and residential). Furthermore, he advises on construction projects and structuring of foreign investments (including state aid issues).
Paweł has also extensive experience in regulatory advice, with particular focus on issues of environmental law as well as projects of the energy sector, including upstream (i.a. oil & gas, silver & copper, zinc).
Paweł Żelich also represents his clients in litigation, arbitration as well as administrative proceedings, in particular in disputes regarding real estate and construction projects as well as foreign investments in Poland.
