Maciej Kotarski
Since the beginning of Olivia Centre in 2008, he has been the director responsible for strategy and commercialization, as well as co-responsible for the development and marketing of this largest office complex in Poland, currently 175k GLA.
Responsible for sales and negotiations with key clients, including: Amazon, Bayer, Deloitte, Energa, Fujifilm, Nordea, Nike, PwC, Ricoh, thyssenkrupp, is also involved in the design of buildings and marketing of Olivia. He combines his work with passion: privately, he is passionate about architecture, large office buildings and urban planning - addicted to office buildings for over 30 years. Apart from his professional activity, he is one of the founders of Fregata schools and kindergartens and a sailor, also in winter. Moreover, he is a happy husband and father of two sons.
