Dorota Kościelniak
She has been involved in the real estate market for more than 23 years, including more than 6 with Colliers. As Regional Director of the Wroclaw office, she advises tenants and property owners on creating office space leasing strategies, choosing the best location and negotiating lease terms. She also participated in several due diligence processes for the purchase of office buildings in Wroclaw for investment funds. She is a member of the international organization of commercial real estate professionals RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and a member of the Program Council of the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW).
