Dariusz Blocher is a leading manager in the construction industry. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Machine Construction at Częstochowa University of Technology. From 1992 to 1994, he worked at the Ahlstrom-Fakop Industrial Boiler Factory, and then at the distribution company "Proman" s.c. in Katowice. From May 1994 to February 2002, he was associated with PepsiCo Poland.

Starting from February 2002, he served as a Board Member and Director of Human Resources Management at Budimex S.A. From November 2007, he held the position of President of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Budimex Dromex S.A., and a Board Member of Budimex S.A. From September 2009 to April 2021, he was the President of the Board and CEO of Budimex S.A.

From April 2019 to April 2021, he held the position of Executive Director for Europe at Ferrovial Construction. From May 2021 to April 2023, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A. and a member of the Board of Ferrovial Construction International SE in Amsterdam.

In May 2023, by the decision of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA, he was appointed as the President of the Management Board of the company.
