The commercial property market has had a new star for several years now – warehouses. The pandemic, the growth of e-commerce, and nearshoring have only enhanced its shine. Although the high demand for warehouses can be seen all across Europe, the sector is increasingly facing global challenges resulting from, among other things, the war in Ukraine.
