Has experience in process management, team leadership and implementation of innovative solutions to improve business operations. At Concession Europe, she holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. At the same time, she develops the Concession Group's business in Switzerland and Germany. She supports the development of the company's expansion strategy and creation of new products.
Co-author of the ESSENTIAL Office Acoustic booth concept and the Concession 360 CARE service, within which the Follow App program is developed. She actively participates in sales activities and negotiation processes, and organizes the Concession Academy, the main idea of which is the exchange of experiences and transfer of knowledge.
