Tomáš Procházka joined Accolade, an investment company providing first-class infrastructure for European businesses, in the summer of 2017 as its Chief Financial Officer.
For more than ten years prior to that, he managed commercial real estate financing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for a major European bank.
As CFO at Accolade, he oversees finance, accounting, and project financing within the Group. Together with his team, he is also responsible for the preparation of key finance-related strategies, such as Accolade's Green Finance Framework, published in February 2024.
