Piotr Grochowski

Architect, designer, urban planner. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. Chief designer of the Arche Group, co-founder of Less is core. He has many years of experience in designing hotels and residential facilities, in particular in the revitalization of historic buildings. Author of the reconstruction of the Uphagen Manor in Gdańsk and co-author of the revitalization project of the Żnin Sugar Plant. Individually and in a team, winner of awards in the field of architecture and urban spaces, including European Property Awards for the project Folwark Łochów. Currently, he is developing his passion together with his team, designing the revitalization of the former Luftwaffe air base in Mielno and the adaptation of the Franciscan monastery in Wrocław.
