Monika Kaczmarczyk serves as the Managing Director of Brain Embassy and is also a member of the Management Team at Adgar Poland. The Brain Embassy concept, to which Monika has dedicated her professional career in recent years, is the quintessence idea of the future coworking spaces, created based on global trends in designing ergonomic, creative, and flexible workspaces. The
implementation team led by her has successfully built BE's position in Warsaw and foreign markets, aligning with the brand's global expansion strategy. The measure of her competence and effectiveness in action is the presence of the Brain Embassy brand and coworking spaces in major business centers in Belgium and Israel, achieved in just four years.
In 2018, she was recognized as a Woman of Success and was given an interview for the book "Success is a Woman: The Beautiful Face of Business”. She also received the Outstanding Polish Woman award during the 100th Anniversary of Free Poland event, organized by Lifestyle Media Publishing. The 2023 also brought Monika recognition among the "50 Business Personalities" according to Business Women & Life magazine.
