Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Wrocław University of Technology and Master Class of Management - psychology of managerial activities and Coaching with elements of psychology at the SWPS University.
He gained expertise in real estate by working in the areas of facility management and leasing. He was also responsible for the construction of new facilities and the modernization of existing shops. He was a member of the team working on the acquisition and rebranding of Tesco shops in six cities in Poland. He also managed a leasing area of 30,000 sq.m. GLA.
He managed nearly ninety properties of more than 500,000 sq.m. and is now in charge of the team responsible for expanding the retail network by finding and acquiring sites (land, lease space) and then building the stores to deliver the highest quality service to customers.
