Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba has been the CEO of Liebrecht & wooD in Poland since 2018, leveraging over 25 years of experience within the company's structures. Currently, she manages a team of 70 people, as well as supervises the development of new projects and the management of existing buildings portfolio.

Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba is a Harvard Business School Alumna (GMP, Executive Education). She has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and from the British and European Law studies run by Cambridge University. She is a qualified attorney-at-law. Moreover, Magdalena completed postgraduate studies in History of Art at the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Privately, she is a mother of three daughters, a passionate humanist, art lover, as well as travelling and off-piste skiing enthusiast. Moreover, she actively participates in the industry forums, including ULI and Entralon Club.
