He has extensive experience in obtaining debt financing for investment projects, both through bank financing and corporate bond issues.
Since 2007, he has been working on the commercial real estate market, during which period he obtained financing for several dozen real estate projects.
Since 2015, he has been using his experience and relationships with financial institutions to develop the Olivia Centre project. He obtained the first green loan for an office building in Poland (Olivia Star office building, the tallest building in the Tri-City, which is part of the Olivia Centre).
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, specialising in International Finance and Banking, and completed postgraduate studies in Controlling in Enterprise Management at the University of Gdańsk and the MDDP Business Academy.
