Colliers Define expert. She is involved in complex processes of planning, designing, organising and transforming workplace for large corporate brands. Her responsibilities include defining the needs of companies and their employees, analysing current space, formulating strategies for hybrid work environments and change management. She is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where she teaches design research and design management.
