Kamil Kowa is a recognized manager, actively involved in the development and growth of the commercial real estate market along the Vistula River. He has extensive management and transactional experience spanning over 20 years, specializing in strategic advisory services.

Since January 2024, he has been serving as the Managing Director at Savills, an advisory firm employing over 200 specialists. In this role, he is responsible for business development in the Polish market, strengthening the company's position in Central and Eastern Europe, and fostering collaboration within regional structures. Kamil oversees the strategic activities of all business lines and the expansion of the services portfolio offered by Savills, supporting the implementation of an ambitious growth strategy based on in-depth knowledge of the local market and cooperation with Savills' global network.

Kamil is an advocate of a modern and socially responsible approach to the real estate business, emphasizing understanding clients' needs, sustainable development, and innovation.

Previously, as the head of the Corporate Finance & Valuation department at Savills, he implemented modern technologies that revolutionized property valuation processes, strengthening the company's position as one of the leading appraisers in Poland. He was also the initiator of the creation and development of a new business line in residential capital markets, which became one of the leading advisors in the market for private rented sector (PRS), private student housing, and senior care homes, executing many key transactions in these markets.

Before joining Savills in 2015, Kamil led consulting projects and managed teams at EY for over a decade, supporting companies with real estate challenges in the Central and Eastern European region. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw University of Technology, and Sheffield Hallam University, and is a licensed property valuer with qualifications granted by Polish, British, and German institutions.

In his free time, Kamil is passionate about literature and music, especially concerts. He actively spends time with his family, traveling, cycling, and hiking in the mountains.
