Joanna has experience in many areas of HR focused on delivering robust workforce planning aligned with quality and financial imperatives in a fast-growing business. An important part of her specialization is the development, implementation and oversight of HR-related processes, operations and initiatives in order to direct human capital to support the company's strategy and business goals. Joanna strongly believes that cultivating company values creates a working environment that empowers people's potential. She is also passionate about acquiring, developing and managing competencies. Joanna is a fan of the Agile approach, which she implements not only in business but also in her private life as a mother of twins.
