Saint-Gobain Group in Poland and Ukraine
Joanna is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. From 2001 to 2017, she held managerial positions in Saint-Gobain's HR area for Europe and the World. It was then that she had the opportunity to contribute to the planning and implementation of Saint-Gobain Group's worldwide strategic transformation - Transform & Grow - the final iteration of which was the definition of an overarching goal for the entire organisation: “Making the World a Better Home.” The slogan continues to inspire Group employees in 76 countries to this day. In addition, she successfully performed as General Manager of Saint-Gobain Abrasives in Poland and Romania. On 1 January 2021, she became the CEO of the Saint-Gobain Group in Poland, and on 1 August 2022, her duties also extended to Ukraine.
She is active in the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce, promotes entrepreneurship and the development of the Polish economy in the spirit of sustainable development. In 2023, she was elected to the Chamber's Council and then its Executive Board, where she serves as Vice President.
