Jacek Wesołowski has more than 30 years of experience in the retail, office and residential real estate market. Since 2016, as managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland, he has been responsible for the company's investment and development activities. He oversees the dynamic development of the Vendo Park chain of retail parks, which currently consists of 38 facilities under this banner located throughout Poland. Since 2019, he has been in charge of the residential company Trei Residential, which has already completed the Kraft estate in Łódź and the Bacciarellego 54 estate in Wrocław, and is currently developing residential projects in Milanówek and Łódź, as well as the first PRS projects in Poznań and Warsaw.

Jacek Wesołowski is an active ambassador for small retail formats and a member of the PRCH board. Before joining Trei, he was responsible for the success of the first inner-city KLIF shopping centre in Gdynia, the Silesia project in Katowice or Tarasy Zamkowe in Lublin.
