Has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Before joining AXI IMMO, he worked for Knight Frank for 11 years, where he was responsible for property valuation and advisory in Poland and CEE and held the position of Managing Partner.
His clients in property valuation and consultancy included listed companies, developers, and fund investment managers such as Ghelmaco, HB Reavis, Globalworth, CPI, Aroundtown SA, Cavatina, White Star, FLE, Uniqua, Warimpex, Cromwell, Hillwood, CBRE GI, Panatonni, 7R, MLP, HINES, Accolade, Revetas, DFRG, Capital Park, Master Management and many other developers and investors as well as financial institutions and banks.
In his work with banking institutions, Grzegorz has drawn on his previous experience working in the financial sector for HypoVereinsbank Bank Hipoteczny S.A., Bank Pekao S.A., and WestImmo where he was responsible for property valuations for financing purposes.
Grzegorz is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a Valuer's Licence No 3064 as well as a CIS HypZert (MLV) certificate.
