Dorota Kubiak - HR Director at EY Poland - is an expert with over twenty years of experience in human resources management.

She graduated in social sciences from the University of Warsaw, and her knowledge has been enriched with certificates in HR and psychological therapy. Dorota developed her career at companies such as Randstad, Corporate Coach U Poland, People, and Citibank, where she played key leadership roles. She gained experience in recruitment, talent management, development and training, and personnel policy, especially in roles where she directly advised leaders in the banking sector.

At EY Poland, as the HR Director, Dorota continues her mission of creating effective personnel strategies that support the company's development. She is also a certified executive coach and an expert in soft skills. Her deep understanding of business psychology and cultural transformation processes make her a valued strategic partner for leaders and teams in the professional services sector.
