With nearly two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Agnieszka Nowak has built a solid career managing and developing both commercial and residential properties in several international markets. She began her career at the Manufaktura Shopping Centre in Łódź, Poland, managed by Apsys.

Her professional journey has taken her to major global cities, including New York City (USA), St. Petersburg (Russia), and Almaty (Kazakhstan), where she successfully navigated complex property landscapes, gaining extensive insights into regional markets and global trends. She has developed a comprehensive understanding of property management, marketing strategies, and business development processes. Her diverse experience enables her to approach projects from multiple perspectives, ensuring efficient operations, strong market positioning, and long-term growth.

Since joining Equilis almost two years ago, Agnieszka has broadened her expertise and honed her skills in various facets of the property sector.
