Maciej joined Globalworth Poland in 2021. He is a qualified chartered surveyor (MRICS), with over 22 years of experience in the Polish and CEE real estate markets. He has an extensive track record in adding value to property assets, creating successful strategies and managing multi-disciplinary teams. He started his career in the late ’90s in advisory services where he advised landlords and tenants throughout Poland. In 2010 he joined a development company where he oversaw development, marketing and leasing of multi-phase business parks in Kraków and Warsaw. Since 2016 he has worked for various property investors managing large portfolios of commercial real estate.
