
Dominika Zielińska
Co-owner and chief architect of Workplace. Together with her team, she has designed over 160,000 sqm of work environments for over 60 international clients. She is responsible for the evolution and management of the team of architects, designers and researchers, focusing on a holistic approach and the idea of life-centered design. She specializes in business design, acting at the junction of research, strategy and design. She combines the needs of clients with values important for human beings, communities and the environment in her projects.
Lecturer at architecture, real estate and management events. She educates on sustainable design, environmental and social responsibility. She initiated the first Less Waste Office in Poland. Involved in pro-bono projects for the Integration Foundation, among others. She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology, a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School and the Faculty of Management at ICAN Institute.
