Unscathed by the pandemic

In recent years warehouses in Poland have become a market blockbuster and they have remained unscathed in the pandemic. The sector is currently facing new opportunities, among others due to the acceleration of the development of e-commerce and the transfer of manufacturing capabilities back to Europe.  But it has also been facing new challenges: the decrease of performance of tenants or problems with the automotive sector.
