Associate, Coworking Clients Manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency in Poland. Mikołaj has close to five years’ experience in both tenant representation and advisory for landlords, specializing in the tech sector with a particular focus on coworking, proptech and startups. Mikołaj advises WeWork on their expansion in Poland / CEE region, having been responsible for contracting ca. 40.000 sqm of office space for WeWork in Warsaw to date. Mikołaj was the project leader of the strategic partnership agreement signed between C&W and polish proptech startup ShareSpace. He manages a new service line, which thanks to the collaboration with ShareSpace, promotes and develops new technological and commercial solutions for tenants with flexible workspace requirements through online leasing platforms.
